We must come together as a region to solve our workforce challenges. No one can do it alone. Join us for a half-day summit where we'll discuss the importance of cross-sector collaboration. We'll share best practices and examine how we can scale successful programs both in size and scope to increase their impact.
Keynote: Susan Koehn, Director, M7 Talent Partnership
Learn more about the Grow Here initiative which spans seven counties in Milwaukee with the intent to expand work-based experiences for their region. To accomplish this, they must work across multiple agencies, and have created a regional goal and tracking system.
You'll hear updates about:
- Talent-to-Industry Exchange (TIE) — a regional, sector-specific talent development strategy focused on skilled trades.
- Work-based learning initiatives for youth.
- Adult learners' best practices and success stories.
The 2018 Education Asset Inventory will be available at the summit.
