Earn an America Recycles Day prize!
This
program is a fun way to reward children and teens that have shown an interest
in recycling and other environmental issues. Hands-on learning is an effective
way to develop environmentally responsible habits.

This packet contains all the information you’ll need to put on the program in your school, scout troop, or youth group:
- Exercises for receiving a prize
- List of additional activities to choose from
- Recycled-content prize order information
- A list of local recycling resources
- Paper making instructions
To earn the America Recycles Day prize, it is recommended that youth complete the required exercises and three additional activities. You can set the program deadline for whenever you wish.
