Description
The Kansas and Missouri Departments of Transportation have formed partnerships with metro first responder agencies through Kansas City Scout. These partnerships were further solidified upon the signing of the updated One Accord Agreement, a resolution unifying these agencies with Scout in Traffic Incident Management for the metropolitan Kansas City area.
