INITIAL REGIONAL CCTA WORKSHOP

The Regional Homeland Security Coordinating Committee and CCTA Task Force cordially invite you to attend the Initial Regional CCTA Workshop on Monday, June 24.

OVERVIEW: This workshop will focus on regional CCTA response elements and touch on immediate recovery actions. Participants will explore common challenges and crystallize shared solutions.

OBJECTIVES:

• Examine multi-jurisdictional aspects of a CCTA event, based on gaps identified in the Local and Local Combined CCTA Exercises.
• Expedite situational awareness through operational coordination, including PSAPs and PIOs.
• Review multiple incident command structures and resource systems for use across the region during a CCTA.
• Examine mutual aid processes and systems to ensure an integrated response across jurisdictional boundaries.
• Propose changes to the Regional Coordination Guide (RCG) CCTA special incident Annex.
