G8.4 Purpose and need: This project is part of previous application which had to be split into two phases due to budget issues. This will connect Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park, a regional park with an existing trail system along 95th Street. When completed several miles of trails will be connected.

This project is the second phase of a two phase project that had to be split due to funding constraints.
