Join MARC, KCATA and our transit partners for
our next Transit Stakeholder Forum on March 19.

At our last Transit Stakeholder Forum, participants tackled the topic of “the future of SmartMoves,” the region’s long-range transit vision. This forum will follow up on feedback received in that meeting and online.

During this forum, facilitators will engage participants to consider the goals of the long-range transit vision update and RideKC Workforce Connex, the TIGER VI planning project that proposes to increase the access to employment by transit over the next ten years. Staff will present proposed tasks, outcomes and milestones and will ask the forum participants to provide feedback on the direction of this important work. Feedback from this discussion will be used to develop the final scope of work to be carried out by qualified consultants.

There will also be an open dialogue with transit providers about current transit issues that participants would like to address.
